Sex is an integral part of any relationship, and erectile dysfunction which interrupts this can have damaging effects. In the United States, the inability to gain or sustain an erection is the most common sexual dysfunction amongst men. One immediate solution is to quit smoking. This will also decrease risk of heart disease and so on. Although difficult, it is a worthwhile sacrifice.
